  Fantastic hotel. Staff are warm and welcoming, always saying hello in the corridors and helping you with anything you need. Rooms have recently been refurbished to a very good standard, they are clean and modern. In my opinion the rooms that are sea side or sea view are best during busier times as these are quieter than the rooms facing the opposite way. Costa Adele offers some lovely beaches, one right on the doorstep of the hotel. There are many restaurants and bars nearby so if you do not go half board or all inclusive you will always be able to find something to eat. If you enjoy a lively area then the summer months are for you, if you are after something a bit quieter then the area is nicer at off peak times.

  This hotel is fantastically located on the sea front,close to shops bars and nightlife. The food and service are brilliant and the rooms comfortable and very clean. Hard to fault anything, maybe the bar staff could learn a few more cocktails but It's not picking really. Recommended!

  We have just returned from this hotel, our second visit, we had a superb stay. The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and all of the staff go out of their way to be helpful and are very friendly. We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis and the choice and quality of food offered at the buffet style breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in an ideal location, just a few steps from the beach with it's many bars and restaurants. We will definitely use this hotel again!

  Love bouganville been coming here 3 times a year for the the last 14 yrs and have brought our children grandchildren and the last time our great granddaughter and they love it just as much as we do. Such a lovely friendly and fun hotel. X

  The staff at this hotel are exceptional, they do enough for you. Food is very varied and plentiful. The main pool although large we found excessively cold and uninviting; there is another but this seemed more for children. The rooms (even if you upgraded to Prestige) are not exceptional the beds we found uncomfortable. Every night at dinner you were greeted by the General Manager (or his deputy) and representatives from the entertainment team, usually there were stalls outside the restaurant selling a variety of items.
